My fellow investors,
Having invested in FEP vision since 2011 and currently visiting Kenya. I have been up and down on fact-finding mission. I must commend John Kithaka and all those working with him for sustaining the course despite challenges. Many good things have happened as well as bad things. Bearing in mind we started in what we would call unorthodox way. We only had TRUST and nothing else to show and bought into the vision. Me in my part I thought we would take off on the platform that is simple and manageable then develop to more complex large businesses like Green energy generations, Health systems, Banking Insurance underwriting company, IT (not selling computers and their accessories) but building support systems and servicing them etc. Serious real estates development na megine mengi. We have not developed yet we are just moving from one thing to another pretty much on trial basis. Anybody with resources can build a hospital but can NOT insist on treating people. You will have to let the medics NOW do their job. A lot of people's money is at stake...a lot of hopes on the firing line FEP IS TOO BIG TO FAIL.
Lack of communication and poor investor relationship, keeping people on a NEVER ENDING SHARE BUYING and no tangible results on the investment are some of the issues that we need to discuss in this forum. WE NEED TO SOLIDIFY OUR BASE (Diaspora) to have one voice.
WE DON'T WANT LEADERSHIP APPOINTED FROM NAIROBI, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ELECT OUR OWN ABLE PEOPLE. If we speak as one we can legally appoint a proxy to sit in the executive board this gives us a chance to have the best qualified person who would be able to raise red flag and veto any unworkable ideas and depart from fantasies. Together lets join in to this blog and air our ideas the Nairobi team is on board. PLEASE DON'T TREAT THIS AS OPPOSITION BUT AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR EACH OTHER LETS BUILD A PLATFORM TO ENGAGE THE NAIROBI TEAM. FEP CEO is coming back to the Diaspora to sell shares on Tai housing & Tai health(eagles club) last time we saw him he was selling PPO's shares and we have never heard how it went...when will this share buying end????
